01. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you book a call, request information, or opt in to text messages, we may collect:

- •Any additional information you voluntarily provide
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, buttons and links you click, and the website or search that sent you to us. We collect this through PostHog, the analytics tool described in Section 04. PostHog is the only analytics tool on our website. It sets a cookie and saves a small amount of data in your browser so it can recognize your device across visits.
Our booking flow also saves your progress in your own browser, so you can close the window and pick up where you left off. That includes the details you have entered so far. It stays on your device, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

03. SMS Communications (A2P 10DLC)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Azalea Stack, we offer two separate message programs, each requiring its own opt-in:
- •Booking & account messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and account or service notifications.
- •Marketing messages: offers, new services, and company updates, sent only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
- •Consent is not a condition of booking or of purchasing any service.
- •Message frequency varies.

- •No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your SMS opt-in consent or the phone number you gave us for text messages, and we do not share either with any third party for their own marketing. We do share them with the service providers who work on our behalf, such as our hosting, messaging, and analytics providers, and only so those providers can deliver those services to us.
04. Analytics
We use PostHog for website analytics and error tracking. It is the only analytics tool we run on this site. We use it to see which pages people visit, which buttons and links they click, how far they get in our booking flow, and where they came from before they reached us. That tells us which parts of the site are working and which parts we need to fix. PostHog also records errors the site runs into in your browser, together with the related browser console output, so we can find and fix bugs.
PostHog also records replays of site sessions. A replay captures your mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and the pages you saw, so we can see where people get stuck and fix it. What you type into a form field is hidden from the replay: it shows that you filled a field in, not the characters you typed. A replay does record the screen as you saw it, so the booking review and confirmation screens, which show back the name, email address, phone number, and services you entered, are recorded the way they appeared on your screen.
When you submit your details in the booking flow, we also attach details to your profile in PostHog: your name, email address, and service interests, plus two separate flags recording whether you opted in to booking and account texts and whether you opted in to marketing texts. That lets us see the full path a booking took instead of a set of disconnected visits. We do not attach your phone number to that profile.
We do not run advertising pixels, ad networks, or ad-tracking tools on this site. You can limit what analytics collects through your browser’s cookie settings or its tracking protection.
05. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers for CRM and scheduling software, email and SMS delivery, website hosting, and analytics. These providers are given access only to the information necessary to perform their services on our behalf.
06. Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
07. How We Protect Your Information
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no online transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08. Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers to target you on other websites.
